Avijit Bansal is a 2011 Stanford India Biodesign fellow. He received his graduate degree in medicine (MBBS) from University College of Medical Sciences, Delhi University and then Post Graduated in Pulmonology and Critical Care (DTCD) from VP Chest Institute. Thereafter, he was Senior Resident in a critical care Unit with the Fortis Hospitals, Noida, and then chest specialist at DDU charitable hospital. In 2004, he conceptualized and founded PAHAL (People for Action in Health Awareness and Learning) - an NGO started to leverage student action through a unique awareness based model for improving community health.
Radhika is the Product Design Lead at Windmill Health. Prior to joining Windmill, Radhika was based in San Francisco where she was a product designer at Frog Design. Before Frog, Radhika developed a variety of consumer health and medical products at several start-ups including MC10, Spire and her own in 2014. She earned her B.S. in Systems Engineering and minor in Medical Robotics from Washington University in St.Louis in 2015. At Windmill, Radhika leverages her engineering background,entrepreneurial experiences and design eye to create innovative products.
Amit is a senior R&D engineer at Windmill Health. He has over 10+ years of experience as a mechanical engineer at various well known companies such as GE healthcare where he focused on ventilator design. Amit earned his B.Tech from NIT in Dungapur.
At Windmill, Nurul manages the accounts, finances and daily operations. Prior to Windmill, Nurul managed accounts at Wacorp Hyundai India Ltd. He is currently completing his MBA in Finance from SMU University.
At Windmill, Vijay is an R&D Engineer working on the sensors and software interfaces we use to validate our products. Prior to Windmill, Vijay has experience in software development and received his engineering degree from Sri Sairam Engineering College in Chennai.
Riya joins Windmill Health as a Product Design Intern where she assists in developing our innovative products. As a student at MIT Institute of Design, Pune, Riya has diverse experiences in packaging design, visual design and physical product design.
Windmill Health Technologies was co-founded by Avijit Bansal and Ayesha Chaudhary through the Stanford India Biodesign Fellowship in 2011.
